Terms and Conditions of Use

Ruki Portfolio (hereinafter, "the application") is operated by Brenda Vázquez Ballán ("the owner"). By using the application you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. NATURE OF THE APPLICATION

Ruki Portfolio is an informational tool designed for the personal tracking and analysis of investments. This application DOES NOT execute purchases, sales or financial transactions of any kind.

2. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

• The information provided is for informational and educational purposes only.
• It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
• The user is solely responsible for their investment decisions.
• We suggest consulting certified professionals before making financial decisions.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we strive to provide accurate data:

• Prices may be obtained automatically from third-party market sources or entered manually. In both cases there may be delays or inaccuracies; they are for informational purposes only, and verifying them is the user's responsibility.
• There may be inaccuracies in the information calculated or displayed.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or continuous updating of the data.
• It is the user's responsibility to verify the information before acting on it.

4. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

• The application offers free features and an optional paid subscription (Premium).
• Signing up for the subscription, billing, automatic renewal and cancellation are handled through the corresponding store (Apple's App Store or Google Play), under their own terms.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it before it expires from your account settings in the store.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, as applicable.

5. SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• They must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account.
• The application implements industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
• The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The application and its developers SHALL NOT be liable for:

• Economic or financial losses arising from the use of the app.
• Investment decisions made on the basis of the information provided.
• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or loss of data.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the application's design, code, content, brand and features belong to Brenda Vázquez Ballán and are protected by applicable law. "Ruki Portfolio" is a trademark owned by her.

8. MINIMUM AGE

To use the application you must be of legal age under the laws of your country of residence.

9. CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the República Argentina (Argentina). Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina).

If you live in the European Union, the above does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, or of the right to bring a claim before the courts of that country.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By using this application, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
